About the opportunity!

There is now a need for an experienced Property Development Paralegal with a minimum of 4+ years' proven experience (ideally within a large firm) to join their team.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of your own property development files, amending and preparing documents, drafting correspondence, conducting relevant searches, extensive client liaison and liaison with external parties, diary management and end of month billing.

What we love about this team is that they have worked tirelessly to streamline their processes due to the high volume workload so as a Paralegal you will be supported by a team of Administration Assistants. 

Extensive and thorough knowledge of property development is essential to apply for this role.

As a Legal Operations Coordinator within the incredibly busy Planning and Environment  you will be responsible for supervising the support team and daily management of administrative, financial and operations.

Other duties will include; monitoring and managing budgets, group tender arrangements, extensive diary management, travel coordination, extensive database management, managing billing process, reconciling expense system, drafting correspondence and reports and much more.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: diary and email management, preparing and amending complex documents, dictation, updating and maintaining databases, e-filing, end of month billing, reporting, brief preparation, general administration and file maintenance.
