About the opportunity!

There is now a need for an experienced Property Development Paralegal with a minimum of 4+ years' proven experience (ideally within a large firm) to join their team.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of your own property development files, amending and preparing documents, drafting correspondence, conducting relevant searches, extensive client liaison and liaison with external parties, diary management and end of month billing.

What we love about this team is that they have worked tirelessly to streamline their processes due to the high volume workload so as a Paralegal you will be supported by a team of Administration Assistants.
